- Convert a business question to an analytics question and set up an analytical framework to answer it.
- Develop predictive/targeting models and provide statistical insights using various data mining/modeling techniques .
- Develop insights and recommendations to help business to design/execute CRM campaigns.
- Successfully communicate complex analytical ideas/results to partners.
- Collaborate with data team for model implementation on different platform.
- Design experiments to validate model performance in production.
Require Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in an analytical role with modeling experience.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel and statistical tools (SAS or R).
- Strong statistical/data modeling/data mining and machine learning expertise.
- Familiar with predictive models/search/recommendation/classification applications and domains. (Optional)
- Experience in Hadoop, Hive, Hbase. (Optional)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
